[SIP Beyond VoIP] Access to the previous source of sylkserver and sipsimple client

Your reason is not very meaningful to me. As you know SylkServer depends on
python-wokkel module. The last release of it is 0.7.1 and  we can access
the old releases on [1].


I am working on v2.2.1 and it is a snapshot for me. I need to link
reference for that.
