[Sipchatserver] How to operate the server - solved

Hi Michiel,

These welcome messages will also be signaled through presence  
notifications in a standard way via the conference xml description. So  
is up to the client to render them properly in the right language.  
Right now we have added this message in the data plane itself and they  
will be removed in the future.
