[SIP Beyond VoIP] New Blink Qt version for Python3

Blink Qt SIP client for Linux and Window is now available for newer Linux distributions running Python version 3.

The software is available for download at:

http://download.ag-projects.com/SipSimpleSDK/Python3/

While extensive tests were performed with success for many of the functions present, there may still be bugs related to the migration from Python 2 to Python 3.

Any feedback is welcome.
