[SIP Beyond VoIP] STUN request does not have magic cookie

I can see that for ICE negotiations STUN requests confirm to RFC5389.

Using sip-session, I don't see any evidence that trying to establish MSRP
sessions using "/chat" actually uses ICE negotiations.  Can you confirm
that it should be.
