[SIP Beyond VoIP] Xcap-diff usage on openXcap with or w/o OpenSIPS

You cannot sent SIP messages to and XCAP server, you can only make XCAP requests to it.

Subscriptions for xcap-diff as well as any other presence related event package must be sent by the SIP user agent to the SIP Presence Agent serving the SIP domain using SIP protocol.
