[Blink] SIP Protocol Help

I am trying to configure for PhonePower.com VOIP which has instructions for
register interval only:

*The recommended registration interval is 4 hours.* Customers with active
SIP Credentials have a limit of 4 registrations and 2 concurrent calls. The
minimum registration interval is at least 1 hour. Any duration shorter than
1 hour can result in intermittent or complete loss of service.

There are no recommendations for:
Subscribe Interval:
Publish Intervals:

and searching on the WIKI for these settings yields no direction.

I am running into the problem that Blink Pro will allow me to make a single
call. Any additional calls end up hanging with an CONNECTING or FORBIDDEN
message. If I restart the client, it will connect.

I checked the logs and am getting these errors (below). Is this due to the
SIP timer settings? Hitting the server too often?
