[Blink] Blink connection problems because of DTMF codec

I can't connect with some numbers using Blink. After debugging the problem with VOIP provider the finding is that Blink is using for DTMF only codec (payload) 96 so if the other party asks for use 101 connection can't be made. There is need to extend number of codecs Blink can use for DTMF. As far as I know 101 is very common.
