[Blink] Blink Pro and Voicemail

Hi Allen,

The MWI notification that tells your Blink client that you have 19 messages on the server also contains the SIP address where you should connect to retrieve them. If you get an error connecting to that address, you must your operator why, they should fix it as the address belongs to them. In case they cannot fix their notification and have another address where you should retrieve the voice messages from, you can configure it in the Voicemail advanced section of your account configuration. This will override that broken address.
