[Blink] calling out to PSTN gives "proxy authentication required"

Well, that message comes from your service provider. If you setup in Blink your SIP account credentials correctly, it would work. Please can you check the Help page for how you can obtain the SIP trace when you make a call. This trace can point better to the cause.
