[Blink] Multitrack recording of conference calls

I've occasionally wish for the same kind of ability to record each
stream individually, retaining the potential of later post-production.
The only way to do this is at the point of the central conference
server, but normal conference servers won't do it.

In a normal conference each participant gets fed a mixed stream that is
all the other participants, except themselves. In production audio we
call this mix-1. Their own audio returning to them post-mix would be
delayed and so very disconcerting.

So it is that a conference server is actually performing multiple mixes
in real-time, with each participant getting their own mix. In practice
this can be optimized by accounting for the fact that quite frequently
many of the attendees don't actually participate. That group can be sent
a common mixed feed at least until such time as one of them starts to
speak.

In order to record each stream separately you'd need to architect a
conference server around that desire, having it stream each caller to a
file on disk before any mixing occurs. It doesn't seem all that
difficult, but could be very IO intensive.
