[Blink] Bonjour error in new 0.2.2 win32 version

Since installing the latest 0.2.2 win client, I am seeing my Event logs
filled with error messages from the Bonjour Service:

"Event 100:
Client application bug:
DNSServiceResolve(sip:sqyejfoh at 192\.168\.1\.30:61970._sipuri._udp.local.)
active for over two minutes. This places considerable burden on the
network."

These are new, I never noticed them with the previous release.   Any idea
what this is or if it can be remedied?
