[Sipchatserver] sip-chatserver update

i noticed that sip-chatserver does not start, because of missing module
sipsimple.green.core.  in the archives, the suggested solution was to
use old version python-sipsimple library.

it would be nice if newer sip applications could be run on the same host
as sip-chatserver.  is there any plans to update sip-chatserver to be
compatible with latest python-sipsimple or do i need to setup a virtual
host for sip-chatserver?
