[Sipchatserver] How to set the config not to use TLS certification?

Hello all,
I'd like to use SIP chatserver without its TLS certification functions for
testing my simple client.
For last a couple of days, I have tried it in many ways.
Unfortunately, however, I could not meet it.

Is there any guide to unuse TLS?
