[SIP Beyond VoIP] simplesipclient SDK

I am a stuck on the last step of actually installing the SDK's module into
python is there something I am missing here? Is there another command I
should run besides make.deb and then sudo python3 setup.py install or am I
approaching this incorrectly and it's a standalone program? It says to run
make.deb and then make but I cannot find another make file aside from
make.deb.
