[SIP Beyond VoIP] python-sipsimple fails to build on arm64

Since arm64 and armhf should be compatible, that might work.
Howerver, these binary packages have many dependencies, that can't
be satisfied in debian testing (only stable).

I might install a chroot with stable for experimenting. Of course for
production use this won't do.

It seems that baresip works reasonably well. It doesn't support text
messages, but I'll probably stick with it until I find a FLOSS VoIP
client, that operates better with sip2sip.
