[SIP Beyond VoIP] python-sipsimple fails to build on arm64

That's a pity, because my arm64 laptop is my only device with sound
hardware... I'd rather listen in with my Mic muted than not at all.

Yes, we know. Others will definitely try them.

One of the benefits of official debian packages is, that they usually
work on all architectures. If you could suggest a client for non-x86
users, that would be really helpful.
