[SIP Beyond VoIP] python-sipsimple fails to build on arm64

Hi,

since you don't provide binaries for arm64, I tried to compile myself and
got this error:
../../webrtc/src/typedefs.h:80:2: error: #error Please add support for your architecture in typedefs.h

      |  ^~~~~


Incidentally, if somebody could recommend a SIP client in debian testing,
that works well with sip2sip.info, that would be helpful too. (Fridays
for Future Austria is trying to get away from zoom if at all possible.)
