[SIP Beyond VoIP] Compiling AGProjects/python-sipsimple in VS 2019

  But with python 2.7, it shows 

‘ImportError: No module named Cython.Distutils’

I am new to python, is there any detail doc on how to compile & run on windows & visual studio as i am trying to integrate AV & desktop sharing in my windows desktop application.

The code is for use with Python 2. Python 3 is not supported.
