[SIP Beyond VoIP] SIP2SIP and AASTRA tls usage

hello,
i have a aastra 55I phone
i have two modes of tls transport, tls and percistent tls, what one i must use?
tls give 503 while percistent tls keep on registering
also, its asking for the ROOT & intermediate certificate, the local
certificate, and trusted certificate
the one i downloaded from my account isnt enought
am i missing something?
