[SIP Beyond VoIP] Reliable source to get python-sipsimple.

Hi,

A few months ago I started some efforts on creating an overlay where to
support the
compatibility of some software of my interest with the gentoo distribution.
One of the
first pieces I took on it was blink-qt compatibility and all it's
dependences. I created
ebuilds for the missing or outdated versions, and one of the updated was
python-sipsimple-3.1.1. I used the ebuild to install it on my laptop at
that time and
time went on. Nowadays if I fetch the code from the same ebuild ona
different machine
I find the following:

Regenerating the manifest comes to no change which makes me wonder, does
anyone knows
if there is any better place where to get this source code given that
github seems to be doing
wrong things? Or am I missing something in the middle?
