[SIP Beyond VoIP] could not get outgoing IP address exception

It turned out that the error is printed only when I don't have Internet
access to DNS servers.  I wonder why that matters, because I have given IP
address in Outbound Proxy field and checked Always use my proxy for
outgoing sessions.
