[SIP Beyond VoIP] entity reference loop

i found why sylkserv starts on some debian hosts and not on others.  on
the ones where it does NOT start, i have this lates version of
libxml2:amd64 (security update from oct 26):

libxml2_2.8.0+dfsg1-7+wheezy2_amd64.deb

whereas it starts on hosts where i have previous version of the library:

libxml2_2.8.0+dfsg1-7+wheezy1_amd64.deb

i have no idea what should be done in order to avoid the reference loop
when the latest version of libxml2 has been installed.
