[SIP Beyond VoIP] sylkserver does not start

i found python-sipsimple_1.2.1wheezy_i386.deb and after replacing 1.3.0
with it, sylkserver started ok.  so looks like there is some
incompatibility between sylkserver and python-sipsimple 1.3.0.

unfortunately, i didn't find amd64 version
python-sipsimple_1.2.1wheezy_amd64.deb.
