[SIP Beyond VoIP] pres-rules path

oma presence xdm spec has this example:

GET org.openmobilealliance.pres-rules/users/sip:ronald.underwood at example.com/pres-rules HTTP/1.1

sipsimple-client uses this kind of GET for pres-rules:

GET /xcap-root/org.openmobilealliance.pres-rules/users/sip:jh at openxg.com/index

why does the path end with 'index' rather than 'pres-rules'?  it creates
interoperability problems with some other clients.
