[SIP Beyond VoIP] Sylk server configration

Hi,

I am installed sylk server in ubuntu with the reference link
http://projects.ag-projects.com/projects/documentation/wiki/Repositories.

Now i want to manage sylk server like

   - Create accounts
   - Register with the accounts.
   - Enabling conference between the accounts
   - Enabling the group chat between the accounts

Can any one guide me what are the changes required in the configuration.
