domains is a list of internet domains for example example.es

What you put there are DNS records that must be set in the DNS server of that domain,not SylkServer itself.

SylkServer is not a SIP Proxy/Registrar, you cannot register to it.  These are the methods supported by SylkServer and their purpose:
