We have tested it against OpenSIPS. But there is no reasons why any other server would not work.

Local IP indicates the IP address where SylkServer is listening to for SIP traffic. Unless you know what you are doing and why do not change it.

You can force all outgoing packets through a SIP server at your choice by configuring the outbound_proxy setting.

Bria or any other SIP client must register against the SIP server responsible for the domain of its configured account , not against SylkServer. SylkServer sits behind a SIP Proxy, all routing and authentication must be done by the SIP Proxy.
