i tried sip-subscribe-rls command and initial subscribe went fine.
however, when i exit command with control-d, the in-dialog subscribe
that sip-subscribe-rls sends does not include Supported: eventlist
header:

i think it should be included (rfc4662):

      Any client that supports the event list extension will include an
      option tag of "eventlist" in a "Supported" header field of every
      SUBSCRIBE message for a subscription for which it is willing to
      process a list.
