[SIP Beyond VoIP] SipSimpleSDK is GPLv3ed but Twisted in SDK is under commercial licence

Is SDK under GPLv3ed, isnt it? For derivate work it would be again GPLv3
also.
Relly sorry if I'm bothering but I can not catch the point for acquiring
the license of SDK itself.
