MSRP media is no different than audio or video as far as the SIP protocol is concerned.

There is no difference between different media type, each of them a description in the SDP.  Is best to avoid using ACK for the purposes of carrying SDP. Even if is legal protocol-wise it can only lead to failures. SDP should be present in INVITE and 200 OK.
