[SIP SIMPLE client] sylkserver does not accept chat session

i made a test call to sylkserver using sip-session client.  sylkserver
received this kind of sdp in the invite:

v=0.
o=- 3509965096 3509965096 IN IP4 192.168.0.100.
s=sipsimple 0.18.0.
c=IN IP4 192.168.0.100.
t=0 0.
m=message 2855 TCP/TLS/MSRP *.
a=path:msrps://192.168.0.100:2855/a8e1577400438c203cf1;tcp.
a=accept-types:message/cpim text/* application/im-iscomposing+xml.
a=accept-wrapped-types:*.
a=setup:active.
a=direction:active.

and it replied:

SIP/2.0 488 Not Acceptable Here.

default application is conference.  why did sylkserver reject the invite?
