[SIP SIMPLE client] New SIP SIMPLE client SDK release 0.15.3 (Blink Qt release)

There is a new release for SIP SIMPLE client SDK available, version 0.15.3 with bug fixes.

python-sipsimple (0.15.3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Change default codec list to have G722 as first choice
  * Fixed handling of case when session is ended before INVITE is sent
  * Fixed subversion command execution for Windows
  * Set all devices to None before shutdown
  * Made the reactor thread a daemon thread
  * Bumped Standards-Version to 3.9.1
