[Blink] New Blink Pro release 7.1.0 for Mac

Adrian,

I captured traffic on the Mac between Blink and FS. Blink sends two RTP
packets each ~20 ms:

I tried a few test calls and this seems to happen all the time. The
difference in behavior is what the far end does with it.
