[Blink] New Blink Pro release 7.1.0 for Mac

I updated to 7.0.0, but didn't get a chance to use it before updating to
7.1.0. It launches okay but there isn't a process name for it in Activity
Monitor:

No crashes, but transmit audio quality to a FreeSWITCH instance is very
poor on version 7.1.0 where it was just fine on 6.x (via Rosetta).
Typically I use Opus but I tested with G.711 and the symptoms were the
same. FreeSWITCH hasn't changed, and other clients to it don't have any
problems. The audio sounds like it's only playing a portion of the samples
(very choppy), and the latency increases to greater than 10 seconds very
quickly. The whole thing is very strange.

I tried 7.1.0 via Rosetta, but it just bounces in the dock for a few
minutes, and then stops.
