[Blink] recompiling for Apple Silicon

Thanks, Adrian. I'll try it.

Is there a way I can migrate my existing configuration to the beta? It
loads as a fresh installation. I disabled iCloud Sync in the Intel version
just in case it would cause local storage to work, but it had no effect.
