[Blink] Configuration plus a couple of "bugs"

> Currently I am seeing two issues on my windows version :
> Picture isn’t centred properly (up and to the left) for the users profile picture
> Devices – you can select a different device, however GUI is showing that the “system default” is always selected. This affects Audio input/output and Audio alert options. Video camera seems to retain its selected option correctly.

We shall check and attempt to fix these bugs.
