I?m testing BLINK to do sip OUT call from W10 to a PHONE espace 7910 huawei
and report error 407 each time.

QUESTION : what I need to do in my settings, I had the same error using
ZOIPER
can not go OUT CALL and receive error 407 proxy, but from the PHONE espace
work?s fine
