[Blink] Error with Enable Google Contacts

Hello.

I'm running Blink version 3.2.0 on Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22621.
Selecting "Enable Google Contacts" results in Error message in the Sign in
- Google Accounts window:

You can’t sign in because Blink sent an invalid request. You can try again
later, or contact the developer about this issue. Learn more about this
error

Clicking through to error details displays:

The out-of-band (OOB) flow has been blocked in order to keep users secure.
