Where it says:

"sudo apt-get install package_name"

You want:

"sudo apt-get install blink -y"

(My installation notes are at
https://neilzone.co.uk/2022/08/installing-sip-client-blink-on-debian-11,
but they were for Debian not Ubuntu; similar, and might be of use, but
different.)
