[Blink] "PSTN calls forbidden"

Hi,

New user -- installed Blink on Windows 10. I first added voip.ms account
and things worked okay. Then I went to sip2sip.info and updated an old
account I had there. After setting outbound proxy to proxy.sipthor.net
port: 5060 transport: UDP, the "dot appeared in the circle" and when I
tried the test sip call in the Blink contact list, it worked.

I added credit to my account at ralph.frost at sip2sip.info and after a few
minutes tried to call +18777864767 (another test call) but it did not work,
immediately reporting "PSTN calls forbidden".

It seems there is no registration of the credit my sip2sip.info account
has in Blink, or else I need more detailed instructions of setup for that
account -- including for conferencing, contact sharing/syncing. I see that
you have a wizard for initial setup, and a way to "Add credit for phone
calls", but none of that shows in the Blink interface.

Can you please advise on how I can configure the account properly and use
the credit in sip2sip account to make phone calls?

Thank you.

Best regards,
  Ralph
