[Blink] Keyboard shortcuts for macOS

The current call can be hangup by pressing the Esc key.

For answering there is no key because there could be multiple incoming calls with different media types and is impossible to determine which one to answer. Plus you may be typing into another window while receiving an incoming call and by mistake a key stroke will be sent to the alert panel.
