[Blink] Blink Client to quietly by a call

No its just one computer it does not seem to be picking up blink on the
headset, but the headset picks up all other audio on the pc

With Blink, the caller is only softly heard. Can i configure that somewhere?
All other sounds are normal loud.
This problem is on one pc. Another computer has no problems with the calles.

Another VoIP client on this pc works without problems. But this one has a
button to amplify the audio output.
