[Blink] Blink 3.2.0 Softphone Issue

I have a problem with blink, We use it in conjunction with the greenlight
Crm, however the Blink programme is not picking up any headset on my
computer, we have removed and uninstalled.

 

Greenlight do not know what the problem is and have advised us to contact
blink directly to solve the issue.
