[Blink] ?==?utf-8?q? problem with install blink

День добрый. У вас Ubuntu Xenial а репозиторий подключен от Bionic (18.04) отсюда и ошибка в "Битых" (Held) пакетах. Поменяйте bionic на xenial, потом apt-get update и снова apt-get install blink.

Whats wrong with him? Python is install. May be need more newer version Ubuntu?
