[Blink] No module named application

I got past eventlib by installing django myself. My stumbling block now is 
sipsimple. I may have to try their mailing list. I compiled pjsip and 
sipsimple but it fails when I try to build the python form of these.
Specifically setup_pjsip.py fails with a permission denied error. Root doesn't 
help.
