The server url changed and is fixed in blink-3.0.0, which was released already for windows and will be released shortly for linux as well. In the meanwhile you can visit this url:

http://icanblink.com/help/

The only shortcut not listed there is Ctrl+F for searching contacts. Also most of the shortcuts are available in menus.
