[Blink] Automatic DTMF when calling ?

Is there a way to automatically send DTMF tones when making an audio call ?

I have several SIP contacts set up in the format,
contact at my.server.address.com
Some of these require a DTMF code to be entered when connecting in order to
route to correct department.
If it were possible to have this saved as part of the address that would be
much easier than entering it manually every time.

Is this possible ?
e.g. contact at my.server.address.com#12345

All I can find about DTMF is this:
