[Blink] hide & indicate

Hi,

I've already asked the first question, but is there a way to start Blink 
hidden? I placed into the startup folder, but the main window shows up 
everytime.

The other one, where does Blink indicate missed calls? I've only 
found it under call history, but if I'm not suspicious then I might 
miss a missed call. /Actually it already happened/  I'd expect that the 
taskbar icon changes, but it does not :/ . 

(I'm using Blink 1.4.2)

Anyway Blink works great! I love it
