[Blink] Starting Blink on Windows 7: No Window, CPU-Usage at about 20%

Thank you for your reply. I was able to locate the output.log file
within the folder you mentioned, but it has no content and a size of 0
Bytes.
To be sure, it killed the Blink process, deleted the Blink folder and
after restarting Blink, the folder is being recreated, the file
"output.log" is being created, but there ist still no content. Blink
just sits there as a process without a window using something between 20
and 21 of CPU.
Maybe the following helps: When I try to explore the blink.exe-stack
using the Process Explorer from SysInternals I get the following
