[Blink] cannot start Blink

Hi

I am not able to start Blink on Win7 64bit. I am using the latest Blink I
also tried the latest beta. I uninstalled and installed again. Nothing
helped.

The thing is that Blink used to work for me on this comp. I upgrade my Win
regularly.

Please find screenshot of the error. The name of the error window is
cx_Freeze_ Python error in main script.

Any idea how to make Blink to work again?
